"I really did not like the bathroom. The shower felt unsafe. There were no handrails or bars and the coffee maker had what appeared to be scum on top of the coffee after I made it"

I stayed here for ONE night (left the hotel early) and was later charged $150 for an alleged cannabis-smoking fee, broken into multiple separate transactions for no given reason. I was told the next guest checked in later that night, complained about a smell, and management “agreed” it came from my room. I did not smoke in the room, I have never smoked in a hotel room, I don’t smoke at all. I completely understand that hotels have policies...

"This property had a few very good aspects. The location was excellent, near all the sites, good restaurants and beautiful scenery. It was right on the beach with a perfect lake view. Amazing sunrises. The room was large enough with nice beds and adequate space. However, there were some real negatives. The first room we were given had a toilet with not enough pressure to flush properly and a screen door to the patio facing the lake which was both ripped and stuck so it could not open or close all...

"The photos displayed on Expedia are nothing like in person. The waterpark is diabolical. Both of my kids had an immediate panic attack stepping foot in the cesspool. Water damage everywhere through the hotel, cramped rooms, creepy hallways, open closets that are falling apart. I’m honestly not sure how the hotel is passing health code."
