"I’ve never written a review. Air conditioner was affective. The room itself was disgusting and had mold. They don’t clear the floors or the bathroom because there was dirt and dust on the bathroom fan and behind the toilet. Also the toilet lid was taped and barely worked. Fortunately there was any bugs from what we saw and we did a thorough inspection. Unfortunately I’m surprised there wasn’t any bugs because all the reviews say other wise. "

"I put insurance on a room. Double Room king bed with hot tub. They gave up my room and ended up in a handicapped room with no tub. Construction everywhere. This was supposed to be romantic for my husband and I. It was completely ruined. Bed was hard. Stain carpets. They wanted to charge for anything extra. Normally it's free. "
