"Great little place for an overnight "

"We were competing in a regional B.A.S.S. tournament on the James River and the house was in a very convenient location to Osborne ramp and park. The house was as advertised, and the communication with the host was exceptional! "

"We needed a space to sleep 10 and this house did. It is very spacious, we all had our own private space. I also needed space to do some baking for my son's wedding and this house provided 2 spaces to bake! It worked out very well for me. It was really convenient to have 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators to use. There are a couple of suggestions for the kitchens, add kitchen towels and also pot holders. Those items would have been nice to have. The basement was a dream for kids with the various games...

"Loved every minute vacationing at the Guest House "Holly Hill" in Charles City, VA! The Saltwater Pool was extremely luxurious and relaxing! Even though we had quite a few days of rain, the sun still came out long enough for us to swim in the pool! The two new managers Justin and Charles were very nice and helpful. This was their first year managing the property and they did an excellent job! Was sad that Steve Rula, Jr has retired and we missed not seeing his smiling face! Wish Steve the best...

"We have stayed here at least 8-9 times over the years. It is consistently comfortable, clean and convenient to stay here. We love how close it is to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. We will keep coming here as long as we can. "

"Mattress was alike sleeping on a cloud. Hot, hot water in the shower with good pressure. Room was quiet and pristinely clean - and that’s coming from a nurse with a critical eye. It’s a lovely property!"
