"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL. On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person. Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."

Staff was very kind and courteous. Carried our bags to our room. Explained how everything worked as far as the codes for the doors. Located downtown was pretty cool.
