Ao solicitar um quarto no primeiro piso por conta da quantidade de malas, foi informada de que já estavam com reserva para o piso solicitado. Mas ao reclamar da demora em liberar o quarto prontamente me deram o quarto no piso desejado !"

"lamp and alarm clock were unplugged upon arrival; inside of lampshade was covered in cobwebs; curtains were damaged; sink was not cleaned, wall & bottom of shower could use cleaning as well; pretty sure the sheets were not changed after the last person. nothing worth changing a one-night stay over, but wouldn’t stay for more than that. front desk people were very nice though :)"
