"I had a great stay. The downtown location is awesome. The underground parking is nice, though it is not locked and might not fit large vehicles. The bed was really comfortable, and this hotel uses the highest quality toilet paper I have ever seen in a hotel. Not sure if it was just my room or not."

"The worker was rude and horrible to me and she cancelled my reservation with out a cause assuming things about me and then says it was and error I don't believe that what a bad experience I went thru....so no I wouldn't recommend to no one to stay there unless u wanna get treated bad....I'll give that motel a zero.."

"Breakfast was very disappointing for being a boutique hotel. I thought it be a little more upscale we didn’t use it when I went to use the hot water. It wasn’t even heated for tea."

"Didn’t get any sleep in the night got a call to our room at two in the morning and woke me up asking if it was me making the noise. After that, all I heard was a woman getting smacked and screaming problem with finally dealt with an hour or two later only got three hours of sleep that night."

"This property is very old and outdated. The outside looks fine, but the inside was very dark,gloomy, and old."

"The rooms were fine size. They were reasonably clean. There was need of repair on the floor in front of the main floor elevator. Saw several people trip on the tiles. The room we stayed in was noisy and there was light around the door. The breakfast is not complimentary like other hotels. They expect you to sit down to a full priced meal in their building. Their staff was friendly and reasonably prompt."

"The room was fine but warn. The check in time was 3 pm but the room wasn't ready until 7 pm. There's a breakfast bar but nothing but coffee. The receptionist was friendly and apologetic"

"It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all"

"Staff was helpful at checkout, check in was later in the evening, so not the best. The room was a bit smoky musty smelling. I've stayed here in the past, so I know what to expect. I had a terrible interaction with a staff member at the lounge, which put off my feelings for the stay, even though the lounge and hotel are separate, it just put a bad taste in my mouth for this particular trip/stay."
