"This hotel was wonderful. We came down for a wedding and stayed for a 5 day vacation. The rooms were nice, extremely clean and well appointed. It was very nice and served the purpose of a clean room which is more than I can say for other hotels. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful and granted our requests. The breakfast was nice but is a typical Continental breakfast of yogurt, muffins, fruit cups and waffles so as someone low carb the options were few. Only critique is no coffee...

"Wonderful accommodations for a weekend visit to ETSU! Unit was just as descibed on the lower level of a cute home right beside the university. Clean, comfortable and walking distance from several food establishments and coffee shops. Communication from the host was spot on. We would recommend and return!"

"If my room (a suite) is any indication of the other rooms, this property needs a complete overhaul. Carpet is worn and dirty, light fixtures are at least 20 years old, and the bathroom is also dated. Too bad; this is a good location. "

"I need a budget friendly place to book on Tuesday in Johnson City for Thursday night and I got this place. I booked before reading reviews and the reviews really scared me. But i braved it and lodged there and it wasn't that bad. They have old furniture and beddings but they are clean. My room has new bath and toilet installed. There is a TV, a refrigerator and a microwave which are all useful"
