"I love the room and location. It’s closed to the beach, water park, board walk. The pool is shared with another hotel but it was small. But, this is not your usual hotel. There is no lobby, no check in counter, no public facility to used. We got there early and one of the staff directed us to the office, but this wasn’t the Surf Club office, it was the Atlantic, their sister company. The front desk person was dismissive but told us we should get a text by 4pm of our room code. Just before...

"We had a terrible experience at this place. The rooms are nothing like what’s advertised in the photos. The location and room were run down, outdated and dirty. Sand was all over the floor. The bathroom was water stains everywhere and was slimy. Our parking spot kept getting parked in by a hotel employee. TWICE! When we asked why he parked us in, he said that employees have nowhere to park. Overall, do not waster your money and don’t stay here."

"Needed to remind the staff we need towels for each day we stayed. They said they give fresh new towels for the room everyday but I had to constantly ask for new ones. Overall, not the cleanest but not the dirtiest either. Pool was clean, that was nice and right by the convention center so you can walk on the boardwalk and they give you a parking pass too, that's the best part."
