Do yourself a favor and complete the pre-arrival check-in if it's emailed or texted to you. I decided to do it when it was texted to me and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, gave my name and was immediately handed my room key. I was in there like 20 seconds. All around excellent experience with this hotel. "
