"Had a lovely time at Little Bear Cove, was very well maintained and clean. Great place to stay for weekend with dogs and visit Mammoth Cave National Park. "

"We thought the cottage was quiet and secluded. Everything was easily accessible and the porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The firepit was far enough from the house to not make everything smell Smokey. Wildlife was beautiful to include a skink (lizard), deer, cat and a screech owl at night. The Lakeside Cafe at the end of the road was absolutely delicious! Pizzas were amazing and cinnamon rolls and breakfast casseroles were scrumptious before heading out to the caves. "

"Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals."

"Great stay. open concept of main area was great for hanging out. Kitchen had all the needed pots/pans/etc. Quiet and away from touristy areas so did need to drive a decent amount but that’s what we wanted. House was clean and host were easy to communicate with. "

"My family had an amazing time at this house! The check in instructions were simple and clear, and any time we needed to reach out to the host, our messages were answered in under 5 minutes. She took time to thoroughly address any concerns we had, even though she was on vacation herself. The house was spacious and spotless, and the snacks and coffee pods were a perfectly thoughtful touch. The hot tub was a lifesaver after taking a couple of tours at Mammoth Cave.The whole family had a wonderful...

"House is super clean. They have everything you would need: soap, towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, etc. Their communication was quick, we didn’t realize we had a time change with our stay and they answered right away and let us know the house was ready so we could check in early. Would stay again. "

"From check in to check out we had a great time. There are 98 stairs going down to the lake so be ready to exercise. It’s worth it! The lake is beautiful and peaceful. The property had everything we needed and more. Beach towels and life jackets were available to use which was really nice. It was dog friendly with gates on the deck. Hosts were helpful, friendly and responsive. 5 stars "

Our favorite part was the back deck that looked out over the water. It was nice to sit out there in the mornings, play games, and use the fire pit.
