"Lovely old historic building Downtown Staff on arrival bare, and v sweet girl but knew NOTHING about the hotel services including how to get ice!!! I’m assuming she had to fill in for the first time !!!"

"I paid in full and was ask to cancel my reservation two weeks before using the property because the property wasn’t ready. I booked 5 months before stay. It was my son’s college graduation so I couldn’t find anything else. He said he would make it work. At the minute I was able to find something else, plus he said there were rescue dogs on the property and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dogs. I cancelled and he said he would work it out to give me a refund. I ask for at least 1/2 back....
