Near the hotel is a spot on the river where the homeless camp overnight. 2 people warned us to "watch out" as we were walking behind the hote. "Great place to spend the night. Staff were friendly and the hotel was well appointed and clean. I was travelling with my two dogs and did get charged an extra fee for that that wasn’t mentioned when I booked (I was kind of expecting it, I mention it so people are aware)."

"The staff were very rude at check in . Not accommodating at all. And for a 4 star hotel I was not impressed. The shower head in the shower was loose , the plug for the tub broken and they put some kind of a sticky mat in the tub which was placed on top of dirty sticky mat instead of taking out the old ones ."

"I just stopped for the night while traveling. Everything was nice and the staff was efficient and friendly but my room smelled of dampness similar to wet dog I did not complain as I was tired and needed the sleep. Perhaps it was because I was on the ground floor. Otherwise my stay was nice and the bed was very comfortable"
