"The waterpark was closed, which we would not have used anyways. Carpet looked newer and it was much cleaner than the last time we stayed there. Definitely needs some updating and cleaning. Swap out corroded toilet paper holders and put in new mirrors that aren't all wonky would be a start. Get some new paint."

"Everything was super except for the difficulty getting a receipt stating what my cost for staying there was. Breakfast good, nice TV/bed/bath, Pool looked great (unfortunately ran out of time before I could try it!), the rate I signed up for in advance was quite reasonable. Hope it's the same when I get my credit card bill, but I don't know that because of no receipt. I would stay again when in Brookings."

"amazing stay for our wedding night!"

"Equipe atenciosa, quarto limpo, confortável. Me hospedei por 5 dias e recomendo. "

"We were looking for a place to stay over the Labor Day weekend close to Lake Poinsett and this little gem was perfect! It was very easy to book and the hosts responded immediately when we sent a message. It was super clean and the beds were very comfy! Lakeside Coffee Co was right next door with delicious coffee and pastries. We will definitely book again!!"

"The house was very clean and well equipped. Its a comfortable place to stay and they have clear directions and expectations in the guidebook and signage. We will definitely use or recommend this space for future trips to Brookings."

"Great place to stay. It was exactly what we needed. Our son was getting married in Brookings and we needed a place where our family and grandparents could stay together. This property worked perfectly. We enjoyed the ping pong table as well."
