"The main lobby had a weird smell, my bed sheets were dirty and the manager informed me she would help me with a refund on a previously booked stay. Instead she helped me spend even more money and failed to communicate anything there after. I have yet to hear anything back from the hotel after I stayed here July 31st."

"Upon arrival the bldg looked nice, landscaping was not impressive. Upon entering, the lady at the desk issued a nice greeting, but stayed seated for the check in. Lobby decor was colorful but the carpet was filthy with stains and dinginess all over it. Our room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the Air Conditioning was very nice and cool. Breakfast on the weekend started at 7 am. "O Hotel é bem limpo e o atendimento é muito gentil e profissional. Os quartos são amplos, embora o banheiro de onde ficamos pudesse ter sido reformado e ter mais agua saindo do chuveiro. O café da manhã foi o ponto fraco, não tendo muitas opções. Fora isso, o hotel é adequado. "

"The hotel is conveniently located near shopping/restaurants areas, students lodging and TAMU campus. The property is well maintained, dining/breakfast is good and convenient. We highly appreciated having a covered parking next to the hotel. It was the main reason for us to select this place. Only complaint would be about the bathroom in our room needing a better clean up prior to our arrival (hair in the shower). Overall a very good place."
