I know customers are mess but this was bad paint off the hot tub floating in the hot tub and pool, towels laying all over the floor and tables, the bathroom had several towels on the floor. Trash by the from desk was full and falling on the floor. We had a suite and the air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the sitting area. "
