"Great pool, no hot tub functioning for a long time."

"The room 713 had bed bugs, we went to bed and quickly discovered the bed was crawling with bed bugs and we had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night. Would not recommend!"

"Hot Tubs and Pools were small. The Harbor view was half good half not so good. The view faces the industrial site where ships drop off gravel, dirt and other aggregate materials. The converiors and other material handling equipment make a constant drone. Rooms, staff and overall look of the hotel are modern and comfortable. Nice hotel.... unfortunate location."

"Our room was clean, location was convenient, but we had some small issues. 1. The shower faucet handle can off very easily so be careful. It did work. 2. Both the shampoo and conditioner were out of fluid. 3. This one is my fault. They should’ve been informed myself of what the breakfast buffet was. With my dietary needs wasn’t much for me to eat but a hard boiled egg."

"Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were...

"I can say that the beds and pillows were comfortable but………. Missing light sconce in bathroom. And only one small garbage can in the room which is odd. The bedside table in the middle of the beds looked like someone spilled some liquid down the side that was very noticeable and not cleaned prior and carpets seemed sticky . Also items were left in the refrigerator. All in all we only stayed for one night but for $225 a night I will look elsewhere next time we’re in the area….."
