"The staff was very kind and very helpful when needed however, when I first got there, I noticed the TV wasn’t working. There was some weird crumbs in the bed and the shower had stains in it. I wasn’t unhappy, but definitely would like to feel comfortable on taking a shower if needed. I got the TV fixed the remote needed batteries that wasn’t a big deal. Some of the random crumbs in the bed that was made for us was a little odd, but overall not too bad."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. My issue was that the rooms cleanliness and maintenance wasn’t the best. I was attending a wedding and I used the iron in the room on my white shirt. As I was using the iron I realized the iron was dirty with some sort of dark sticky residue that left spots on my brand new dress shirt. Floors and walls were also dirty as if they hadn’t been swept or mopped for a while. Sink was also in bad condition. Hard to explain but I took pictures. I would’ve gotten over all...

"Very dirty floors in our room. Threadbare towels. No Kleenex. I guess they take after Motel 6. No coffee pot in the room which I didn’t realize until check in. The worse part was the shower! Tub had no grab bars and the tub was very slippery because there wasn’t a mat . A lawsuit ready to happen!! Beware!!"
