Minor issue with hot water not working in rear 2nd floor shower (worked fine in other baths). Only big issue was the rear door to house/kitchen was not lockable, which is a security issue, and the lack of communications from the manager when we raised it. She texted regularly and well initially (very accessible), but after the door lock problem was...

"Everything was perfect. I've never seen a VRBO rental that was so thoughtfully and completely appointed. There was seemingly no detail, no matter how small, that escaped Gary and Pamela's attention. For example, they supplied umbrellas and a first aid kit (not that we needed it). We regularly rent via VRBO and I can say without exaggeration, I've never seen hosts that sought to think of everything a guest might need and still seek feedback on how to improve further! Great experience!"
