"The place is near the beach and shops. But the hotel is not friendly to elderly people no lifts, ramp, and shower is in the bathtub but no rails to hold on. The pictures of the hotel is a bit far from actual. The amenities advertised also was not available or not working. The hotel rooms needs renovations and updating. The staff were friendly, but not considerate if you request a late check out to prepare young kids before a long drive. They want you out exactly 10am."

"Disappointing Stay for Families with Teenagers We recently stayed at BIG4 Phillip Island, and unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations, especially for families traveling with teenagers. There was practically nothing for a 14-year-old to do. "The property is lack of maintenance, deck is worn and timber broken. Cleanness is poor . When we arrived in the afternoon, there was poo feces in the toilet but with a “ already cleaned” banner on the toilet seat."

"Poor maintenance of the toilet with the wobbly toilet seat and constant bad odour from the septic tank. Air conditioning is not at all performing well. No sugar or sweetener in the kitchen. Rest of the amenities were good."

"Ótimo lugar, super bem localizado. "

"Good"

"We had a lovely stay here. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The location was great and the whole stay was easy and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable!"

"The desk attendant was very nice with us, providing several tips about the attractions and amenities around. The location of the hotel is good, close to the beach and not far away from restaurants and markets. Overall, the cabin (deluxe) was quite and of good conditions, although a bit old. The rooms were tidy and clean, well served with kitchen tools, although not much cosy (blankets are needed)."

"This is our second time staying for the long weekend and what a treat it was! The park was packed with kids of all ages making it for an enjoyable time for families. The facilities are well looked after and the park really puts on a great schedule of activities for the kids. We will be back again"

"Very relaxing and intimate as it was just for 2. Very clean and good amenities to use. Host was amazing and understanding. Will be heading back to the villa in the near future. Highly recommend to check it all up"

"Well located. Room was in good condition - great for our needs."

"Our 3 bedroom cabin was clean but very dated. We paid $200 a night. A little disappointed. "

"Very close to all the restaurants, definitely a big thumps up...."

"Didnt deal with any staff due to late xheck in and early check out so cant really rate them. Shower was a little too small and the bathroom not really enough space to manoeuvre but thats literally the only thing. Everything else was pretty good"

"Great place for the price. Will come again"

"The accomodation was beautiful"

"Can’t fault this Motel. Always stay there when in Inverloch. Simple check-in, super-clean, quiet location and very helpful staff."
