"Staff were exceptionally helpful. Multiple room keys didn't work and people had to return to the front desk because we couldn't enter our rooms. The pool was never opened, and the fitness room was inaccessible. The parking was adequate. Housekeeping staff were exceptional."

The only problem was the bathtub with a reduced drain. The service at breakfast with Mrs. Bev was fantastic, as was the service at the front desk with Mrs. Rosie (Sneha)."

"The room was clean as expected, bed was comfortable so were the pillows , what needs to be improved the bath tub faucet leaking water , the bath room was very dark needs more lights , The room it self could be a bit brighter hard to see when packing or unpacking. "They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. "

"I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets...
