"Everything was perfect. I've never seen a VRBO rental that was so thoughtfully and completely appointed. There was seemingly no detail, no matter how small, that escaped Gary and Pamela's attention. For example, they supplied umbrellas and a first aid kit (not that we needed it). We regularly rent via VRBO and I can say without exaggeration, I've never seen hosts that sought to think of everything a guest might need and still seek feedback on how to improve further! Great experience!"

"The location was great, nice coffee shop across the street for breakfast. The unit was generally clean, but the corners and window ledges were a bit dirty. There is an issue with the little ladybug like beetles. Also, there was leftover animal hair on the furniture from a prior guest with a pet. "This was our groups first stay at this property and we were not disappointed! The communication with the host, Ryan, was excellent, the cabin was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs, looking at the mountains. The hot tub and fire pit were an added bonus that we enjoyed very much. "This was a last-minute stay. It was an excellent choice though. The house was great! It was clean, easy to find and parking was no problem. It was a little more than I was wanting to pay but it was well worth it. Communication was no problem. She responded fast and was so helpful with what I needed. Lastly, but the most important (in my opinion) are the beds. They were nice and comfortable. There were only 2 of us that stayed so I can only vouch for 2 of the bedrooms. We will stay again. "

"Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. Quiet place only about 20 minutes from downtown Covington, and within 40 minutes of several outdoor spots. Everything was super clean, everything in the cottage worked well, and the wifi was fast. Perfect spot for a secluded get away but with amenities and privacy you can’t find at a campground. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"We recently spent 3 nights at the Tower View apartment--an upgrade offered by the owner, as the Stream View apartment occupant wished to extend his stay. What a lovely apartment it is! The Sam Snead Tavern (which will reopen on May 15) is next door and the LCDO (French cuisine) restaurant and the Jackson River Cafe are on either side of the apartment.
