"Considering kLaramie is a small town I guess everything is nearby. Considering Laramie itself this was nowhere near the university. A little misleading"

"basic bed and shower. No problem with noise. Nothing fancy. Some furniture looked like it was picked up "free" on side of road. One of the bed mattresses had such a dip in the middle, reminded me of a shallow bathtub. Other one was good. Pillows comfortable. Clean bathmat for tub/shower. Baseboards had holes/missing parts especially at bathroom door. Toilet seat was child size. We were on first floor so parking was right outside the door. Second floor you would have to use...

"We prepaid through Expedia. Upon arrival used a credit card for incidentals. However, hotel charged full room rate again, plus a charge for incidentals. Hotel admitted it erroneously ran the card in error and would refund the amount. I have reached out 3 times. It has been over 3 weeks and I keep getting excuses. Still no refund. I am owed $201.52. Will not stay at this hotel again."
