"This was the perfect little home for our week long stay near Quincy! It had everything our family needed and was very cute and clean! Our son loved the large front yard. We were there in June so it was a treat watching the Fire Flies at night. When communicating with the host, they were very responsive and polite. If we ever find our way back to Quincy, we would love to stay there again! "

"Great size for three adults. The fenced yard was wonderful for our dogs. The host was very quick to reply to a question on check in day. We would stay here again. One item to note for those with asthma/allergies - there is a no smoking sign posted, but it does appear that other previous guests haven't honored this request. There is a lingering smoke smell indoors. The home was nicely cleaned, but this is a difficult smell to get rid of. "

"Thank you for a very nice stay. The house was very nice, the whole house was clean, especially the bathrooms. The air conditioning was very good, especially for those who are not used to humidity. It was easy to adjust. The neighborhood was quiet, and within walking distance of downtown, restaurants and the grocery store. Very convenient."

"The house was great! It had a lot of great added amenities and was nice and close to Nauvoo. We had a great time at the property and Eric was a great host who took care of us. Would definitely stay at again!"

"Private and very clean location. King bed was SOOO comfortable to relax and sleep in. Roomy bathroom. Just like staying in a fancy hotel. If was staying longer would have preferred more than a mini fridge. Since no kitchen we made due with doing dishes in shower & sink with a small wash tub. Possibly a small utility sink in laundry storage room would be beneficial. Brought an electric griddle to make our food a few times. Otherwise a perfect location with nice views on both of the spacious...

"We stayed here while visiting family in town and didn’t want to book multiple hotel rooms. This was perfect for our family. Very conveniently located close to downtown. Little bit of road noise in the adult bedroom, but we played white noise on a phone and slept right through it. House was accurately described in the listed and everything was very clean and comfortable!"

"Historic building with beautiful floors and windows. The loft has a cool, industrial feel and is spacious with all amenities you need for a get away. Enjoyed coffee on back deck with a lighthouse view. This loft steps right onto Main Street with cute shops and great dining all along the block. Mark Twain house and museums are so close and definitely worth seeing. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to explore the area more. This loft is on the third floor above J’Dubb’s, a new family...

"We had seven adults including one who couldn’t manage stairs well. All of us were very comfortable and had a lovely stay in this historic home while exploring Hannibal. The kitchen was well stocked, sheets and towels were soft and smooth, additional dining chairs were in place prior to our arrival and everything was clean. "
