"This hotel was great! I really liked the location which is a short drive from downtown but with easy parking and a lot less congestion. It is connected to the green belt trail which is a nice plus. They have several onsite eateries and I close to many others. The rooms are very spacious with modern designs. Shout out to Brenda at the front desk for the warm welcome!"

"We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing."

"We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500."

"The young gentleman at the front desk was very polite when we arrived. He took time to explain hotel information and amenities. The breakfast could be so much better. The eggs, rounded like the meat patties , looked like they were taken out of a box and put in microwave. Orange juice was literally sour water. I informed the situation to the lady in charge of the breakfast, first thing she said she didn't know why juice was bad and that she was new. She then mentioned some company comes to...

"Room was not cleaned found old soap and hair in the shower. Also found used nasty hair tie in broom and portion of carpet was wet. Hallways stunk and had horse flies"
