If you were wanting to use the kitchen in your room, you will have to bring your own pots and pans and table settings. They do not provide that, but you can buy those through them. Which I felt was unreasonable, I think they should provide those."

"The Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Downtown hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel checked on us via text message throughout our stay which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great and just enough variety for such a hotel. The rooms were clean, very spacious, beyond accommodating and quiet during sleeping hours. The location is perfect. This hotel was my 3rd option on my list of choices, missed out on...

"Everything was great, one thing that would be nice : Toiletries- tooth brush and a small tooth paste. I am very accustomed to having all the necessities in Europe and in Asia, and it’s a common expectation in many countries as well, but such a small, but nonetheless very important items would be a huge boost to “client satisfaction” - a disposable “toothpaste and a toothbrush” - especially when quite often people forget this very important items."
