"For our group of 12 the two homes were perfect. Loved the outdoor space, and the location was great. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would absolutely recommend and stay again."

"This house was everything you saw in the pics and more! SUPER dog friendly. I mean, just look around! The house was old, but, upgraded in all of the right places. Kitchen was fully stocked beyond. Coffee was delicious! Bathroom is tastefully upgraded. There's enough seating for a large family. The stairs to upstairs are very steep. So, if you have mobility issues, beware. They do have a sturdy grab bar at the top for assistance. Plenty of blankets for everyone. The king bed was a little wonky....

"This small cottage is a short drive to Forest Park and walking distance to many Italian restaurants, delis, and bakeries. It is stocked well and clean. The only issue was that we could not get the Wi-Fi on our phones. The owner could not assist and took a long time to respond. Overall, a great location for all activities at Forest Park and great food. "

"Very clean, felt safe in the neighborhood, amenities were great! Only thing I would suggest is optional room darkening curtains for the bedroom. The current curtain would not block out all light. But that’s just a personal preference. Overall amazing and would definitely stay again! "

"The property is nice. It's clean and the people were very friendly. The beds were quite comfortable, though the pillows are very fluffy, if you like them more flat then you might bring your own, but I was very happy with the room and accommodations. The garage is worth the price to park and there's a cute patio area with plenty of seating and a separate hot tub area, all conveniently located by the rear exit. A big plus for us is that it was close to the venue we were going to for our stay and...

"Great cozy place to stay. Kids loved the downstairs area and it was great to have a backyard to retreat to. Super close to all the attractions and stores without being directly in the flow of traffic. Host was super attentive and easy to contact with great communication. Can't wait to plan our next trip here. "

"Great centralized house located in the hill district. Old charm to it as well as modern features. Located directly across from a park with local access to so many things (deli literally 2 houses down). Small back yard perfect for dogs to do their business as well.Allison and Alex were great hosts too! Responsive in all our needs and questions. Checking in was a breeze as well! Highly recommend for your next booking. "

" We had a great time here, perfect for entertaining adults and kids. The house was thoughtfully organized with activities for all and wonderfully decorated. It was nice being close to north loop and catching a show at the Pageant! Will definitely stay here again"

"No window in the room, only a small window facing the internal hall, room not confortable. Breakfast was good for US standards, staff friendly. Coffee served all day long, good location."

"I like it and I recommend for a short stay. Pros: large, clean, bedroom, good front desk service, friendly people. Cons: do not have breakfast of bed service; not so good smell on the hall, despite not been allowed smoking; we can listen noises from the neighbor bedroom. "
