"This is an older hotel. However, it is extremely well maintained. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. When in this area again, we will definitely stay here. "

"Was thrilled with this Hotel. Absolutely beautiful. Staff was great. Hotel bar in the steakhouse was amazing. Bartender who was newer to bartending was friendly, engaging and made some mean martinis. Would definitely go back!"

"This place was fantastic! The room was amazing and super clean. Breakfast was great. Right across from Wegmans, and tons of restaurants. What isn't to love about this place??"

"We stayed for one night on a Saturday in mid August during a road trip from SC to NY. Friendly staff at check in. Room was cool, quiet, and comfortable. We parked for free a few blocks away at the FXBG George Street Lot. Very walkable area. After we were settled we set out on foot to explore the town and hit a few bars and a restaurant for dinner. A great stay and hope to return if in the Fredericksburg area again."

"Beautiful B&B in downtown Fredericksburg. Lovely decor & friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations. Was a bit noisy from the street but they did mention before hand. Still worth the experience. Yummy breakfast & great coffee. Even provided us with a little sparkling wine to toast our anniversary. "

"There was no free breakfast offered as promised on the Expedia site due to renovation work going on at the property. Our room was fairly clean minus a string of dental floss on the bathroom floor. The carpet in our room was very old. I can see why they are renovating."

"This house has so much character. I loved all the old floors, fireplaces, moldings, doorknobs and just all the history in every room. It is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to town. It is a very casual place to stay. It feels like visiting a friend. Nothing fancy but I felt right at home. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable, the backyard is very private. I would stay here again."
