"Lovely Farm House! Everything we needed! One bedroom did not have a window AC unit in it, but there were plenty of fans in the house. We were able to use the box fan in the doorway to cool the room off. With 90 degree temps the other window units kept the house really cool, which was a blessing! Will definitely visit this property again! "

"Matt’s home was absolutely perfect! It was just right with all the amenities we could want. Close to everything including the airport, downtown and breweries in the area. We would highly recommend to those traveling to Wilmington. So many positive comments. Matt was a great host who communicated so well to make our stay a delight. "

"Stayed with my parents who are in their 90s to visit daughter who attends UNCW. It was the perfect place to retreat to after full days of exploring Wilmington and visiting UNCW. The cottage is tidy and the backyard is so inviting. Will definitely visit again. "

"This place was perfect, close enough to downtown to walk almost anywhere, far enough away that it was SILENT at night. Great amenities throughout, covered parking for the car was a plus. Easy and quick procedures, Brian was amazingly responsive (and forgiving of me being a confused dumb-dumb about checking in.)"

"Great space, great location, responsive property owners, and such comfortable beds! This property was such a great landing pad for my husband and I on our recent trip to Wilmington! Comfortable, clean and well equipped with all you need! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Wilmington. The snacks were such a thoughtful gesture and most appreciated! Overall score, 5 stars!"

"We had such a fun time staying in the heart of Wilmington. The house was perfect for 3 girls- we each had our own bedroom. The living room was cozy for late night chatting! We walked to dinner and/or brunch to enjoy the vibe of downtown. And only had a 20min drive to the beach! Much thanks to the hostess!"

"My wife and I stayed here because we wanted a place near the downtown area. It was perfect for this! We were able to easily walk to the area with restaurants and shops. the place was really nice with a great balcony to sit out on to enjoy our coffee and relax at night. the owners were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay near the downtown area."
