"Very clean and cozy space with cute/intriguing decor. Amazing location - just a couple minutes walk to a cafe and a very short drive from Cary St and Broad St. There were also good dinner options within a 10-12 minute walk, if you're able. It was pretty nice out when we stayed there. I thought the place might've been a bit small based on the photos, but actually is very roomy in person! The bed was comfy, there were tea/coffee accoutrements provided, water bottles in the fridge, shower products...

"Great location! Close to just about everything! The only issue was not being able to connect to WIFI because of the host not remembering which network and the password. Would be useful to have it printed for guest somewhere in the property."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, clean, and convenient to the interstate. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. It could use a new set of cookware, but we were able to cook 2 basic pasta meals with the pots and pans that were there. We loved being able to park our car securely behind the back gate. We also loved that our pup had a yard to roam without having to be leashed. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had an amazing stay! This was perfect for transporting our soldier to his AIT at Fort Lee. It is 5.3 miles from the base, so we were granted a Family Pass for the weekend. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a Food Lion right down the street, and a nice backyard for grilling and chilling with our Soldier. Wilcox Lake is close by too for Fishing! There are window units for AC, but they do a great job at keeping the house nice and cool. The Corn Hole was a big hit! And all the TVs were...

"Lovely property in a great location! House was clean and well-kept, and the back yard/patio was lovely! Enjoyed our stay in Church Hill and will hopefully be back next time we're in RVA. "

"This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!"

"Just as advertised! Luke was exceptionally responsive when we had questions, and the property was convenient to local restaurants and bars. We were only a 30 minute Uber ride from the wedding venue, and 10 minute from events the day before and after. Street parking was very accessible if you are in more than 1 car. The espresso machine was a bit of a learning curve, and there are easy instructions to follow. The house has plenty of towels and lovely upgrades inside and out. We would definitely...
