"My experience was extremely disappointing. I am an Expedia Gold member, and it is clearly stated that, subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out should be offered. However, across three separate reservations, we were not granted either benefit — unless we were willing to pay extra, which completely defeats the purpose of the status. What made it even more frustrating is that after checking out and later returning just to collect our luggage, the rooms were still vacant, clearly indicating that availability was not the issue and that the refusal was purely commercial. This approach shows a lack of alignment with the benefits promised to customers and little regard for the guest experience. For this reason, I will not stay at this hotel again. "
