"Staff were wonderful very helpful with our arriving later than we said. We normally have a wonderful stay here. Have come back several times. Now we did choose a cheaper room than we would normally book here and it was Boxing Day and school holidays but it was so NOISY!! A room that was near stairs and main road and so it was a thoroughfare but the walls were paper thin why do people have to stomp around so loudly. "Comfortable and clean and very reasonable for price point. Miss the personal touch with no staff on-site but guess that’s a sign of the times & part of keeping price down. Clean pool was lovely for cooling off. Thanks"

"Rooms were a good size with newly renovated and very clean bathrooms. Unfortunately our room was upstairs and very close to the neighbouring hotel which stayed open till 3am. The noise was unbearable. We put up with it on the first night, Friday. However when we returned to the hotel at around 11pm after a local wedding the noise was still very loud so we packed up and drive 2.5 hours home. A disappointing end to a nice weekend."

"The rooms were spotless. No staff members except for daily cleaning lady. The family suite contains two separate rooms with 1 Queen size bed in the main room and 3 singles beds in the second room. Great for family short stays! One TV set in each bedroom. Very friendly cleaning lady. "

"My upstairs room was excellent with updated bathroom and new air conditioning unit, the bed was also very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again on next trip to Swan Hill."

"This is an older property but it’s clean, well laid out. The rooms are perfect for a weekend and family. Nice and close to everything swan hil has to offer "

"From our arrival till departure everything about our stay was amazing . Gary and Izzy were lovely hosts, my husband could talk their ear off and they were very accommodating . Our lunch picnic hamper we ordered was above expectations and absolutely to die for and we enjoyed that sitting among the olive trees. We walked around the farm, devoured the lavender icecream and bought some of their homemade olive oil. We have been raving about it to our family and friends "
