Called them about the security deposit and they said they'd return the security deposit onto my card or bank transfer it. I flew out of Townsville thinking my security deposit would be refunded that day. I called them up after flying home to confirm the return of my security deposit. "Very unclean, mould in kitchen, bedroom cupboards and drawers. People smoking on balconies. Otherwise ok but this time not worth the money unfortunately. "

"I was upgraded to a harbour view room in building one from a car park view - so that was very grateful. But I more looked at an overgrown tree that obscured any Harbour view. The first door in building one to my door was humid and wet. Rusty stain running down the door on the inside. "Unit was below average for cleanliness, only 1 tea towel, not enough toilet paper and no dishcloths provided to wipe down surfaces. You could tell the staff were only there to get paid. (6 day stay) Activities for children with water slides fed and lovely pool for everyone. Clean bbq to use for free. Laundry facilities $6 per load. Need washing powder. "

"Beautiful apartment and staff were friendly but so many people struggled to get in to reception as they have the door locked during open hours. I personally had to ring the out of hours number on the door to get them to push the button to unlock the door borh times we stayed. Other than that reception does have someone in there and the rest of check in is easy and the Appartments are lovely. "
