"Carrie gets the 5 stars she was amazing and so accommodating! We had a place to stay in Buffalo the night before we were coming to Rochester, late in the day they canceled on us and there were no hotel rooms. Carrie let us in early and kept us from being homeless several thousand miles away from home and with children. "

"Our stay was fantastic! The property was exactly as promised, and Erick was an absolute delight to deal with. He was incredibly prompt in answering all our questions and offered so many great local suggestions. The welcome snack basket and homemade cookies were such a thoughtful touch! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned....

"The set up was lovely. Especially for a family reunion. One thing I didn't realize from the listing is that there was only one bedroom that had its own bathroom. All the others were shared. Just in case that matters to someone. I gave this an overall excellent rating which I think of as an A. But I wish there had been an A- choice. There were just a few things that would have made it in A such as clean windows overlooking the pool and fixing a few maintenance issues such as door handles that...

"We had a great stay at the house!! It is updated, very clean, & great size! The master bedroom, bathroom, & closet are HUGE which was perfect for my daughter’s family (hubs, 3yr old & 1 yr old). The closet was big enough to serve as a bedroom housing the pack in play & 1 yr old which was perfect for naps & earlier bedtimes. The beds were comfortable.
