"This is our second stay at Charlene's property for an annual 4th of July family reunion. We had an enjoyable stay for 2 couples and a 6 mo old infant. The home was well suited for our needs and Charlene was very accommodating and responsive. We were appreciative for her allowing us to check in early with our baby! "

"We arrived on Friday afternoon and the communication with the host was excellent with the directions. This place truly is a gem and the host was exceptionally kind. She took the time to greet us and was such a pleasant person. We loved the quiet and serene surrounding yet we were close enough for shopping, sight seeing and activities we had planned. I highly recommend this place. "

"Enjoyed the property and our stay in Bemus Point. The home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for multiple families. We enjoyed the firepit several nights and the smores bar was a special treat. The home is walkable to Bemus Point restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend staying at this home and we hope to return in the near future. "

"This property was amazing! Plenty of space, very clean, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Bemus Point and also very close to the lake. The property has an excellent layout, wonderful side and front porches, and is kid friendly. I would highly recommend and we will be staying there again in the future!"

"What a wonderful property!! Very spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I brought items typically not included at a property, but I didn’t need them this time! Perfect location to relax and still be close to the action. Owners were easy to communicate with and thoughtful. I would love to stay at this location or any of their other properties in the future!"

"This was one of my favorite Vrbo stays – truly unique and convenient, and incredibly spacious! I would absolutely stay there again. "

We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. "This property is a gem!There were very few options to rent in the area but when I saw this on the VRBO site, it was an easy decision!The pictures were accurate.The rooms were well appointed, all rooms were clean and modern.The area is very accessible to restaurants, walkable and an easy stroll to Main street.I would stay in this house again and would recommend to friends and family."
