"This property is clean, well maintained and very convenient if you are visiting a student at RPI. For the most part, everyone on the staff was very helpful and welcoming. But I will say there was one gentleman that was working the front desk- one of the managers I presume. And while I was having breakfast and talking to the waitress about how I was from California, and she was telling me how beautiful La Jolla is and she loved visiting San Diego , this Hilton worker had the nerve to come...

"Tina was very friendly and showed us around the b&b when we arrived. Breakfast was very good, especially the blueberry pancakes, and the room comfortablr and very clean. The only downside is the neighbourhood which is not very nice, however it's not far from the city centre but you wouldn't want to walk there at night time."

The flat was clean,and modern, Like home from home. The store was walking distance the bus stop was on the corner to take you to the local Walmart and super markets."

"Updated apartment with all the modern amenities in a 130 year old brownstone just south of downtown. Walkable to downtown and a variety of restaurants. An area of town that is being renovated, will keep looking nicer as time goes on. Any time I needed something, James the host was very quick to reply and address."

"I think this is one of the best stays I've had at a short term rental. A gorgeous building with lovely decorations blended with modern and convenient amenities. The included towels, washer/dryer, and toiletries also allowed for me to greatly reduce what I needed to pack in my bags. Any questions or concerns I had were rapidly addressed. Nearby there was easy access to buses and delicious restaurants. I'm very glad to have stayed here! "

"The room was clean and convenient for where we needed to be for the holidays. Jermaine was more than helpful with getting us into our room. The only things I think needs to be addressed is the powerstrip for the coffee and toaster kept tripping so we moved the coffee pot over. And there was no power in the bathroom for a blow dryer. Would have like a dresser to place clothes since we were staying 10 days. Over all it was a good little place to stay. Thank you Jermaine. "
