"We had reserved a room to be able to see the St Laurence shipping channel. The room given had a balcony, but we needed to hang out over the railing a bit to see the channel and Boldt Castle. They moved us to a fabulous room with a great view! The employees were very friendly and accommodating! Will tell friends!"

"Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool. The advertisement said it was heated, however they turn off the heaters on Labor Day and our stay was the following week. Staff was courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We got a nice room with a small kitchen."

"Great walkability to everything in Alex Bay. No view though and alley/parking area outdoor seating. The vision of building owners is still under construction & very promising. We plan to return to see the end result. Communication, cleanliness & amenities all get 2 thumbs up from us. "

"My husband and I stayed at K’s Motel over the weekend for a wedding. It was very clean and the hosts were great at communicating. The AC worked wonderfully, even better than my own at home. The bed was comfy and it was true king bed. I’ve been to some properties that advertise king beds that are really queens or queens that are really fulls… here we got what we reserved.
