For example, an information booklet on how to use appliances would be helpful. A welcome printout on the area would be appreciated. The kitchen could have been better presented, the fridge could have been cleaner, the crumbs in the toaster could have been emptied. There certainly were enough dishes, glassware and cutlery but no placemats, paper serviettes, or cotton...
