"Second time staying over the past few years . The location is perfect , the attached restaurant is legendary with outstanding food. Quaint rooms with clean and comfortable amenities. Love the friendly and accommodating staff , ice and water machine is the icing on the cake. Short walk into town for shopping and dining options. Golf and pickle ball across the street . Great value for all the extras. "

"My daughter and I enjoyed our room. It was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and great communication with the owners. The location allowed us access to all of our activities. Would definitely stay again. "

"My husband and I stayed at K’s Motel over the weekend for a wedding. It was very clean and the hosts were great at communicating. The AC worked wonderfully, even better than my own at home. The bed was comfy and it was true king bed. I’ve been to some properties that advertise king beds that are really queens or queens that are really fulls… here we got what we reserved. "This room was small but had just about everything you would need but some kind of table to eat on. We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. This room was clean and in a great location. "

"1850 farmhouse that has been loved and cared for. The home was immaculately clean, well stocked, and organized. Linda and Brenda have thought of everything to make guests comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. Cozy and relaxing, with plenty of room and places to rest and gather.
