"Everything was perfect. The pool is spectacular. The gardens beautiful and tranquil. Cannot fault this retreat. Folk that stay at these places 1. Please be mindful that folk who book into "retreats" don't want to hear your voice 2. Don't want to see or hear your children. 3. Indeed not suitable for children as there are monsters and wolves and other creatures that will steal them away in the night. "

I rang the managing agent several times and they passed on messages to the owners but no one responded. I was given the owners number but they wouldn’t answer. We had no TV for our whole 8 night stay. My wife cleaned the toilet, bathroom and kitchen and I dusted the furniture. We were given a partial refund after checking out but do yourself a favour and go somewhere...
