"The room was very tidy just very small for a larger size family (2 adults, 4 kids under 8). Unfortunately this is the biggest room available. Outside of that it was honestly a perfect stay for what our needs were. Being able to access Sovereign Hill from a side gate was amazing and being able to come & go meant we didn’t need to carry as much with us. "First I was greeted very nice by a staff member and I he also upgraded me to a bigger room for free, Pool was nice for a dip. Very easy going place, would stay again Also not far for things needed. Thank you"

"Reception guy was friendly and the pool was heated. They were the only things that were ok. We stayed for 2 nights with 3 kids. Do not recommend. Room was so old and foul. Pillows and beds are super old and uncomfortable. The photos make it look way nicer than it is. Everything is so run down. It needs some serious love and care."

"Our two-night stay in this hotel was pleasant. Our room was quiet, clean and very spacious. No noise from the outside could be heared. The bathroom was also nice, particularly the bathtube, which was big and separated from the shower. Although the wifi service was free, it was not so easy to connect though. On the other hand, the desk attendant was always very corteous with us. In all, the cost-benefits were good, and so we do recommend this hotel."

"Great place and super clean! Location is great and super close to a good pub and an IGA. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs! Only two nickpicks are that the TV is too far away from the sofa and the bed was too soft for me (but that's just personal preference)."
