"Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. "

"　バンドン市街からレンバン方面に少し上った所にあります。急な予約の宿泊でしたが、スムーズに対応してくれました。 　家族5人（大人２，子ども３）での宿泊で、キングサイズベッド3部屋のファミリールームを利用しました。静かな環境でゆっくり休め，インドネシア料理中心の朝食も大変美味しかったです。 　難を言えば、シャワーの温水器が旧式で熱いお湯が出なかったことです。涼しい、いや寒いぐらいのバンドンにあっては温水シャワーは必要ですね。"

"Vila nya oke banget dan bener2 buat tempat sepi dan tenang yg jauh dr hiruk pikuk kota , dan pelayanannya oke bagus juga enak banget bawa keluarga besar karna kamar nya besar2 banget dan lengkap banget ada tv, dapur dan ruang tamu. Tapi akses jalan ke vila nya agak horor ya alias agak susah nu krna di map juga petunjuk jalan nya salah2 semua.. tp nanya2 sama org oke juga dan akhirnya bisa sampai dengan selamat. Pelayanannya cepet tanggap dan mereka semua stand by juga mau panggil malam...

"Mesmo considerando o valor relativamente baixo da diária, o serviço do hotel é bem ruim, nenhum funcionário fala bem inglês, a limpeza deixa a desejar, os quartos muito mal conservados e com cheiro de cigarro. Café da manhã ruim, com poucas opções para estrangeiros. Não recomendo."

"Food ok, room little bit dirty at the wall , and i was stay at premiere room 116 the painting is so scary. Better change the painting:) and for lighting is to less because i was bring the baby."

"Location is excellent, directly across is Rumah Mode. Staff was helpful and polite. Lacking in the room are the following, hand/face towels, coffee and shampoo Make up of the room has to be asked daily as there were no make up rooms signs to hang outside rooms. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Prima hotel! Comfortabel en prima service. Het ontbijt is indonesisch. Als westerling wilde ik toch graag een gebakken ei, maar dat was elke ochtend (3x) steeds weer "zeuren" voordat je dat eindelijk kreeg. Terwijl in andere Amaris vestigingen elk gewenst ei ter plekke wordt bereid."
