"If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. "We had a terrific stay at Lameshur Cottages. The location is perfect for visiting the south side beaches and enjoying the beauty of St. John away from crowds. "Calichi Point has been on my places to stay for many years and we finally decided to book our trip to St. John and our stay. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend staying here! The drive up (and down) is on some very windy roads but the view is breathtaking and the privacy can't be beat! With 75% of the island being a National Park, we took advantage of some hiking that led us to some pretty amazing beaches!! Dining is quite limited so plan to stock up on groceries and enjoy eating on your patio each...

"We absolutely adored our stay at the Peter Bay Gatehouse, Penthouse! It was one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. "I loved my stay at the Lameshur Cottage and Campsite! The host was very kind and messaged me back quickly if I needed help. My favorite part was the outdoor kitchen and shower. I even seen deer on the property ! I will definitely be back."

"We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings."

"I somehow missed the part that the toilet was about 50 yards away from the container.I also missed the part that it was a “peekaboo shower“ in the outdoor kitchen area (40 yards away), with a view of the owners front porchBeing retired military, with several overseas visits, that was not a problem for me.My wife was a little bit more delicate and refused to use the shower "

"Nicely appointed, clean and well-maintained property. Far enough away on quiet street for very safe feeling, yet only 5 minutes drive to restaurants and grocery store. Only 10-12 minutes from north shore beaches. Property manager quickly responded to questions, otherwise she lets you be. Great overall and highly recommend."

"Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa in Coral Bay. The absolute best views!! The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs/towels provided. I'm already dreaming of going back. Close proximity to a few really good restaurantes (Johnny lime is amazing, skinny legs good bar food), and Calabash market (we bought fresh fish and grilled it at the villa). 10/10 would recommend staying here! "Our stay was wonderful. Location is secluded but still accessible to Cruz Bay. The views here are breathtaking. The pool is a wonderful addition, especially if you get a chance to watch the Stars. It very much feels like a home while you're staying there. You certainly need a rental car as well as be adventurous in your driving skill."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views on the quieter side of the island. Property has lovely gardens, beautiful to see and very attractive to birds (one of our key interests). We saw 18 “life” species on the island, 14 of which we saw from the expansive deck. Hosts were very personable, with good recommendations on places to bird, eat and snorkel. It helped that they had snorkel equipment and beach towels for our use. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay....
