"Very pleasant stay. Near center of Cartago, but far enough to be a quiet place to stay. Convenient restaurant next door serving good food."

"The front desk did not have our reservation and we waited outside a locked gate in a rainstorm for about 10 min. The reception was not warm. We felt like an inconvenience. Even though they have a restaurant it was closed until breakfast. They offered to drive us to town (far away) for dinner. The restaurant has a great view overlooking the lake but unfortunately the staff notified me that the lake is owned entirely by the electric generating company and that you're not allowed to use the lake in any way shape or form. The staff was very helpful and most of...

"Everything was wonderful except that the location was 30 minutes away from the Basilica Virgen de Los Angeles which our trip was for. I read that it was closer on the Expedia app. Staff was wondeeful."
