"Buena atención por parte del anfitrión, estuve mas de 15 dias en el apartamento y para cualquier cosa que surguiera habia una respuesta rapida"

"I stayed a couple of nights with friends, we only wanted a place to talk, play board games, cook some food and relax. This property was perfect for all that, with plenty of sitting areas. The bathroom was very nice, with plenty of space for large groups. The property was very clean and with a nice view. The only 2 things I will recommend the host to update are the couches (maybe a deep clean), they look dirty. The second thing is the futon (this was the 3rd bed), I slept there and it was not...

"Excellent Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, providing easy access to the main points of interest. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, making my stay even more pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped, ensuring perfectly restful nights. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and impeccable service. Wonderful and very hearty...

"Excelente lugar! Atención increíble. Es un lugar para caminar y disfrutar de aguas termales y qué decir de la atención. Superó mis espectativas!"

"The front desk did not have our reservation and we waited outside a locked gate in a rainstorm for about 10 min. The reception was not warm. We felt like an inconvenience. Even though they have a restaurant it was closed until breakfast. They offered to drive us to town (far away) for dinner. They did not have enough seats in the vehicle for our group so we stayed in and skipped dinner. I think for young locals it’s a great place for family with thermal pools, lake, river and nature. For older...

"Hotel muito agradável em localização muito bonita, porém o quarto standard/luxo não tem ar condicionado nem frigobar."

"This is very quiet secluded location located about 1 mile in on a dirt road that really is not near anything. If you're looking for peaceful get away from everyone and everything location this is exactly right for you. The restaurant has a great view overlooking the lake but unfortunately the staff notified me that the lake is owned entirely by the electric generating company and that you're not allowed to use the lake in any way shape or form. The staff was very helpful and most of...

"forst noight in the Costa Rica we stayed in this well organized and romentic place on the Vulcano side with beautiful view and Garden! Home made breakfast and dinner with excelent and helpful service. Just recommended!!!"

"The property was completely rundown, we were the only guests. One of the rooms had a lizard inside , the fans were broken and noisy . The only thing was the staff ( Walter ) was very helpful and tried his best ."

"O lugar em que está a propriedade é lindíssimo, o quarto é amplo e confortável, com aquecimento (leve casacos fortes para a região!) e roupas extras para suportar o frio. O café da manhã poderia ser mais típico, mas é razoável. Apenas minha amiga vegana não teve muitas opções, uma pena."

"Fantastic destination. Great scenery, rooms, trails and staff!"

"El personal fue muy amable y siempre listos para ayudar. El desayuno muy rico. Todo rodeado de mariposas."
