"Everything about our stay was fabulous! The views were better than we could have imagined. Every detail of the place was well thought out from the window in the shower looking out to the protection from the wind while on the deck! The nice bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us with the shades drawn was very sweet! Opening the shades for the reveal was so fun! We loved the items provided for breakfast the following day and all the little goodies that were left for us! We could not have imagined...

"This a unique experience. Staff was very helpful and their breakfast which we had one morning was delicious. We even managed to get Italian food delivered (easier with USD cash). The view is unbelievable and we definitely enjoyed as a family with 2 teenagers. Note that like all roads in Costa Rica, always better with a 4WD car. "These cabins are a bird watchers paradise. We saw over 40 species from the deck of our rustic little cabin. This location is out of the way. If you are driving yourself you will need 4 wheel drive as the driveway is steep and a bit rocky. Romey will work with you to get you a ride if you need one at a fair price. "We had a very good stay at the Casa. View of the mountains and sunset is the best you can get. The owner is superb and was very responsive and made everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He even left us some beers, coffee etc which was amazing and I appreciate the gesture.Improvements needed:It got very hot and the windows did not have grills or mesh and so opening them was a bit risky (bugs).
