"I paid extra for a room with a view of the ocean and I'm glad I did. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The bed in room 13 was very comfortable. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, kettle in the room which was replenished every day. It's not an ultra-modern hotel but everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in Hove, about 2 miles west of Brighton, and it was nice being in a quieter area. There is a 700...

"Great staff and close to everything i needed"

"Wonderful stay right where we needed it. The staff were all so friendly and the room a great size and stocked with what you need. Parking is mainly residential but there are numerous car parks around. Great food in the pub also!"

"Very convenient straightforward stay! The ensuite room is very spacious and has a lot of handy extra bits like an iron and hair dryer, and a smart TV! The only downsides I'd say are the noise since its on a main road and poorly sound proofed. It would also be great if they could get a full size mirror Overall great stay!"

"The worst and very disappointing thing was to arrive and don’t receive the support remotely to unlock the principal door as was instructed; fortunately an employee from the building aside helped us. There were no basic kitchen items such as a dish drainer, paper towels… Just as a suggestion, it would be good to have a non-stick frying pan; We couldn't find instructions on where to empty the trash can; The positive point was that because it was a new building, the facilities and furniture were...

"I was very pleased with the continental breakfast, which exceeded my expectations."

"Spotless room with beautiful en suite bathroom and shower. Gorgeous house in a lovely area. Easy check in, provided good food and taxi recommendations. 5 min walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to Brighton - lots of nice food and drink spots around. It’s a room in their house but feels very self contained as you don't have to walk through the house to access the room and access to tea and coffee in their kitchen was easy. The hosts were polite and friendly so we felt like we were able to do our...

"The flat and its location really worked well for us."

"Brilliant location. Fabulous building."

"Vi bodde på The Garden room og rommet var stort og romslig. Rommet og badet virket nytt og det var rent og pent. Veldig hyggelig vertskap. Alt som står i beskrivelsen stemte, til og med info om parkeringen. Romig og fint boligområde i Hove. Dette kan trygt bestilles"

"I paid for a property that was advertised with WiFi but on arrival there was none.I contacted the host on many occasions but the issue was never sorted. This meant I was unable to work and the loss of income!"

"Very welcoming and well thought out accommodation. Would definitely stay again "

"The location was very handy to all services and the property was well equipped. The addition of a taxi voucher, was a very pleasant surprise"

"The property was very attractive, well-maintained and clean ; and the agents were very helpful."

"Was required to cancel my booking then rebook, I was told this was due to a change of management. Whole process took an age. OK to flop in after a gig, not a place to stay for more than one night."

"Fantastic little property, location was spot on, we had everything we needed and communication was easy. Instructions given were very clear. "
