"O hotel é muito decadente, tudo velho, ficamos muito decepcionados, pois, pelo valor cobrado, deveria ser melhor. O hotel ao lado, Leonardo Royal Hotel, cobra o mesmo preço e é bem superior. O hotéis.com não nos apresentou este hotel. Nos fizeram esperar até 15h para ir para o quarto. A piscina térmica estava gelada. Não pudemos usar o spa, o qual foi motivo de escolha do hotel.
