"The staff were lovely, they were all so friendly and helpful especially Fay and Callum. The room was nice, had a Mountain View, bathroom had lovely shower, nice fluffy white towels. Everything lovely and clean, plugs by the bed and enough plugs in the room. Window shutters are great. But - there is no on-site parking, it states that there is. Parking is a public road opposite the hotel, free, but it gets very busy. And the restaurant was really noisy when we were there on a weekend. Good food."

"My key card didn't work on the second night, no staff on location. They didn't answer messages or the phone. I found a random "emergency number", didn't work either. Shocking. Had to leave around 3am as I couldn't enter the room - had to find somewhere else to stay at my own cost."

"The breakfast was plastic containers filled with cereal and yogurt. Smelled marijuana a couple of times. Doorknob didn’t latch. Woken at 12:30 am by people running up and down the halls and pounding on doors (naked). Place was very clean but tired. No hot water at 9 am. "

"We traveled with a teenager and my mum, so having three double bedrooms in the centre of town was very helpful. And we could all watch what we wanted with all the tvs in the apartment. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen. A bread bin or somewhere to store food would be helpful as we had to store everything on the countertops. It was lovely and warm. And the beds were all super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs in the property, which it may help to advertise as my mum has...

"We stayed one evening at the home, my daughter, husband and I. The house was not in a great shape from the outside. Large amounts of chipping paint and nesting birds causing a badly muck stained window (nothing like in the advertising picture). Once inside, the house is in better shape and overall cleanliness inside was good, there is some nice decor too. However, outside the patio chairs and tables are in need of cleaning or changing and there were two large bags of rubbish. I did complain...
