"The hotel needs urgent upgrades to the rooms. We upgraded to a sea view room with the manager being extremly helpful and quick. The room itself it is very outated and upgrading, however the view itself from the balcony was incredible. The cost of the pool/gym of £5 should be included in the price, especially as the facilities are also very outated. "This was our third time staying at the Nici and we did have a lovely experience. One thing let it down was the welcome from the reception, there is one lady and every time I have had to speak to her she is miserable.It such a shame as all the others were really friendly but she just had an attitude every time. This has put me off booking again as you feel unwelcome. South Beach Restaurant team were the total opposite, so happy and helpful. They went above and beyond. We ended up having 6 meals...

"The staff were very helpful. The hotel was nice and so its amenities like the pool, sauna, and steam room. They were very well maintained. The view of the town from our room was amazing, I just wished the door to the balcony could be opened. The room was very well equipped with everything that one will need during their stay and it was a plus that they have in-room breakfast service option if you don’t want to come down."
