"Apartment was spotless and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good, but we didn't need to use much. There were a few bars & restaurants very close to the apartment. I did not see a supermarket (but did not venture far!) The roads around Reading town centre were a bit confusing and our sat nav wanted to avoid roads that were only for buses and black cabs but you need to drive through that zone to get to the apartments. "This is a great property and I can't wait to stay again. The best part was fresh eggs and feeding the animals! But keep in mind this is not a pristine hotel. This is an urban farm with an antique shop on the premises. There is no lobby. Most of this was fine, but I think there were some things that needed TLC on the exterior of the property (e.g., debris on the trampoline, playhouse by each unit was a little frayed, boules set was incomplete, etc.). "The apartment was great for us. Nice location close to town center short drive to Legoland which is why we choose it and it was lovely to have a balcony. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice. The information on how to get to the building, parking and check-in were great. "

"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. "Stayed here for 5 nights on a work trip last week. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need for a week away from home. Price is excellent. Very happy customer."

"Hotel com poucas opções de alimentação, tudo tendo que ser reservado antes. Os pontos fortes são o playroom e a piscina só. Staff são poucos os que comprimentam ou que são cordeais. Talvez tenham que melhorar o treinamento para melhorar como um hotel de crianças e não tratar apenas como um negócio. "
