"I had an excellent stay at Luxe Plaza Hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers flying in and out of Yerevan. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"stanza priva di mobili, colazione inesistente, da sconsigliare."

"They were not available to help my parents when they arrived at the property late night and didn’t open the door on them , even though i was informing them my parents are coming late night due to their flight schedule, after so many back and forth with Expedia and hotel directly, they accused us being dishonest and didn’t refund my money back! Worst customer service ever"
