"The beds were extremely comfortable. The facilities were beyond our expectations! I was concerned about the parking at first since it’s run through Park mobile and not the hotel but there were plenty of spaces and it wa easy to arrange for parking. Every time I reached out for assistance or with questions I got thorough answers quickly. Amazing find near DC. I will never stay in DC again. This will be our new go to place to stay."

"This is a very charming old home in Alexandria. Our stay here was homey and relaxing; the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficient for making a few meals. Easy walk to the Waterfront down Prince Street (although I prefer going down Duke), and about a 15 minute walk to Whole Foods, Old Town, Good Restaurants, etc. This house is situated along Route 1, so there is a lot of traffic which I find to be very pleasant. Beware, that being an historic home, the stairs are narrow and the...

"The house was just as advertised. Owner was very communicative and available for issues. Safe area with many wonderful restaurants walking distance from the house. We simply drove to a metro station for quick ride to DC. "

"This was a great space to stay. Enjoyed the balcony, plenty of space, nice amenities in the space. A few random things needed attention, like the hand towel rack infalling off the wall. But i get a short term rental will have these things and sometimes a chaos gremlin stays in the place. Overall, wonderful place. Good location. "

"This house was perfect for our family “reunion”. It was large, clean and nicely maintained. The yard was gatedperfect for our lab. A very comfortable property. Would certainly choose to stay again. "

"Helena promptly answered all questions about location, check-in and parking. The rental is immaculate and beautifully maintained - and truly in the heart of OT. Make sure you treat yourself to Benyas and Fresh Baguette, both a two-block walk away as well as Jenni's Ice Cream!"

"The property was perfect for our family. We were allowed to check in early and communication responses from the owner was always quick. Great location, within walking distance to groceries (Whole Foods), CVS, King St Metro, Old Town history, and restaurants. We walked everywhere as a family and felt safe day/night. Residence had everything to cook meals, entertainment with boardgames, TV, and bathroom amenities were great! When we come back to DC for another trip (you honestly can see everything...

"We took our daughter and her friend to a concert in DC. This location was perfect. Loved that there was a driveway and private back area to relax, though it was far too hot to enjoy it. The back area could use some TLC, but since it was too hot to really spend much time back there, it didn't impact us. The home pretty much had everything you need. We were able to walk to the metro. Record highs and the a/c worked excellent! We will stay here again!"

Hotel muito bom

"Quarto limpo, cama confortável, banheiro limpo com box de vidro, com chuveiro e vaso sanitário em ambientes separados. Talvez o único incômodo para alguns seja o fato do trem passar ao lado do hotel, o que traz um pouco de barulho, mas pra nós não afetou em nada a qualidade do sono. Localização boa e tranquila. Café da manhã padrão americano. No geral nota 8 de 10 para o hotel."
